I’ve been off work for three weeks.
At this point, I think we all know that I’m pretty mentally unstable. My depression is all over the place, my OCD is triggering my anxiety and I’ve only just got back on my medication fully.
So, it’s been a good three weeks, I suppose.
But, I’m now halfway through week three. I’m back at work next week and I’m feeling good about it.
I’m finally in a routine that works for me and should work around my schedule in my full time job. So, I’m hoping that we’ll be okay.
But I’ve realised. Over the past three weeks, I’ve not really binged any shows…
Most people are talking about Tiger King but if I’m honest, I don’t really like documentaries like that. I’m more interested in Holocaust documentaries…
So, I thought I’d watch some more Phineas and Ferb – but I’ve watched it twice now. I love it, but I can’t listen to Ashley Tisdale’s voice any longer…
I went onto Netflix – and found a Belgium show called Into the Night. The world is slowly dying around them and they have to stay on a plane, flying west to avoid the sun.
The show is based on a book called The Old Axolotl by Polish writer Jacek Dukaj. Honestly, it’s a cool show and I would highly recommend watching it!
I’m a Sci-Fi and Horror junky. If you have any recommendation of films or shows I could probably binge in a day, or just a show you think I’d like – let me know!
