I’ve been having some memory issues recently… So I’ve been writing things on sticky notes.
And they’re not all to remind me to do a task, but more a reminder to take care of myself. Here’s what I have written on my sticky notes:
- You can do this!
- I believe in you!
- Water your plants! It’ll make you feel better!
- Take your pills.
- Your Mental Health is important. Take a break!
- Take a nap.
And with that being said, I think I’m going to have a nap!
