PotD #89: A Pandemic Without Face Masks

In a pandemic, face masks are being bought in the same way that Toilet Paper is being bought… And yes, because of demand it’s causing people who need them – like those on the front lines – to be unable to get them. Whether it’s due to cost or stock. Companies are profiting highly on essential equipment.

So, I decided to make some. Using a slightly modified version of Mimi G Style’s design (below) I made my own mask.

It’s not the best, mainly because I’m using a sewing machine that is WAY too small (new one on order) and I’m still learning how to use a sewing machine. But it’s pretty good. And it works!
