PotD #83: Bonding Time

This weekend I baked with my mother. Which isn’t something that I’d usually do. But what I’ve found out is that she’s messier than me; she’s also frantic if she can’t find something and goes absolutely batshit.

She’s also terrible at keeping time.

But she’s my mother and it was a good bonding experience, and a good time for me to shout at her because she was doing so many different things wrong.

She made buns while I made bourbon biscuits. We then separated them into little gift parcels and left them on the doorsteps of our neighbours houses. They were all happy with them.

Time to have a lazy day after doing a beef brisket dinner yesterday as part of Passover. My mother is doing a leg of Lamb for Easter Sunday, today, so I shall not be assisting with cooking. It’s her dinner today!

Anyways, I’m going to leave this post here. There’s nothing really to say, but I hope you all enjoy Passover or Easter, or just the bank holiday weekend in general!

Until next time, Stay Safe!
