I love experimenting with food. Especially considering I’m on a gluten free, low calorie diet. So finding out I can eat the things I love by making batches, is great.
Today, we’re going to learn how to cook a Cauliflower Madras – without spending an hour in the kitchen!
This is a recipe that doesn’t require you to make your own sauce from scratch or buy a jar of sauce that costs £2+. You’ll be cooking for a total of 30 minutes including prep time. You’ll be using Lidl’s Madras Cooking Sauce that comes with a seasoning cap. So, let’s get started!
It’s a good meal, that is well balanced. And it’s full of spicy flavour!
My meals came out at around 402kcal per serving, as I used Tesco’s Pilau Microwave Rice which was 192kcal per serving. Rice is where most of the calories come from, but there is very much an equal amount of curry to rice.
