Sleep is clearly not my forte. I’m bad at it. This morning I woke up at 1 AM.
But I decided to be pro-active. I practiced lip syncing my favourite songs, for no reason.
I went for a 2.5 km walk at 7:30 AM. I made protein pancakes with chicken sausages and an egg.
I cleaned two lots of plates and the kitchen.
I made a raspberry and apple crumble cake and made breakfast for my parents.
It’s been a very productive day…
